New Delhi, India:

Going through a lot of twists and turns a new angle is has been busted in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case probe as the forensic department of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in its report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has “hinted” that the Sushant’s death was suicide and not murder.

But now a leaked audio clip of AIIMS doctor Sudhir Gupta was retrieved in which the doctor clearly mentioned the death as a murder. Both the fans and family are claiming vindication and are demanding a re-investigation. Sudhir Gupta has hit back and is claiming that there is not nothing wrong with this report and is a decision of seven experts, who unanimously ruled out murder.  Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh turned down AIIMS panel findings on the case and said that he was highly disturbed by the report. Adding that the CBI must constitute a new forensic team to look into medical files of the case.

Singh had earlier claimed that a doctor, who was a part of the AIIMS team, had told him “long back” that late actor’s photos indicated that it was allegedly death by strangulation, not suicide.

Singh tweeted “The doctor who is part of the AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.”

Meanwhile, the sources in SIT have said that they were not only relying on AIIMS, but they also had their own experts.

However a new development in the case is that Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty’s judicial custody has been extended till October 20.

Rhea, who was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with its probe into the drugs angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, has ended on Tuesday. Chakraborty’s brother Showik and Rajput’s former manager Samuel Miranda were produced before the court along with the 28-year-old actor and 17 others arrested in the case.

Also it has been found that over 80,000 fake accounts were created on social media platforms on June 14 to discredit Mumbai police and Maharashtra government on the ongoing investigation into the actor’s death. Mumbai police’s cyber unit has made a report where it has been found that posts were uploaded on social media platforms from different countries like Italy, Japan, Poland, Slovenia, Indonesia, Turkey, Thailand, Romania and France.
