IPL 2020: Rajasthan Royals stuns KXIP in a heroic 224 run chase
In a nail-biting finish Rajasthan Royals scored the target of 224 runs with three balls to spare. Sanju Samson was named Man of the Match for his scorching 85 runs of 42 balls and Tewatia playing an innings which included hitting 5 sixes in an over.

Match 9 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) will surely be one of the most memorable matches in the tournament’s history.
After losing two close matches in their first three games of IPL 2020, this time also KXIP fans were once again left disappointed as the side lost a close match against the Royals on Sunday night.
It looked like RR was in control of KXIP as Steve Smith led team needed 84 runs to win off the final 30 balls.
But Rahul Tewatia turned his degree as villain-turned-hero scoring 53 off 31 balls as RR chased down the highest total in IPL history. Batting first, KXIP touched a 223-run total on board, credit to 45-ball century from opener Mayank Agarwal. Mayank and skipper KL Rahul added 183-runs.
